PAVILION/PARK RESERVATION AGREEMENT

The Elm Springs Park is open daily from sun up to sun down, and park facilities are open to the public and free for all to use. We do recommend that you make a reservation for use of the covered Pavilion. This assures it will be available for your event or party on the day and time you've scheduled. If Pavilion is not reserved, it is a first-come, first-serve basis.

CITY HALL RENTAL AGREEMENT

ELM SPRINGS COMMUNITY BUILDING
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
1. Call Elm Springs City Hall at 479-248-7323 or drop by the office at 289 Jayroe St., to schedule use of the Community Building.
2. Scheduling will be on first come, first serve basis.
3. The City Council reserves the right to decline a reservation to any organization for any reason.
4. Use fee and the damage deposit are to be paid prior to use and received in the City Clerk’s office. The reservation is not confirmed until the fee is received.
5. Keys are to be picked up before use at the City Hall, 289 Jayroe St. during the hours of 7:30-4:30, Monday – Thursday. However, the building will not be available until after 4:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday.
6. The Community Building must be returned to its original condition after use.
7. One key opens the Community Building entrance door on the front (east side) of the building.
FACILITY: The room is equipped with table and chairs. Restrooms are located in the building. A kitchen with stove, sink, and refrigerator is there for use during rentals.
FOOD: Refreshments are allowed. Please clean out the refrigerator and wipe out the stove and sink after use. Please put all litter in trash cans and empty them in outside dumpster.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: No beer or other alcoholic beverages in the Community Building or the parking lot.
SMOKING: There will be no smoking in the Community Building or restrooms.
SPILLS: Please mop up all spills on the floor with the mop located in the storage area or kitchen. The rest of the Community Building will need to be swept, cleaned, and returned to its original condition.
